Applies to Tagetes patula and Tagetes minuta oils and absolutes only. alpha-Terthienyl (CAS 1081-34-1) must not exceed 0.35 % in the material as used. Tagetes erecta (African marigold, CAS 90131-43-4) oil and absolute are prohibited.
